About Us
Dr. Jamuna Pai
Founder, Skinlab and Co-founder, Paird
Dr Pai is the pioneer of aesthetic medicine in India and founded SkinLab Clinics in 1994 in Mumbai. Today, SkinLab is present across the country, with an international presence in Dubai. Dr Pai has created protocols for various skin conditions specific to Indian skin types. Prior to this, protocols were only made for caucasian skin types, which she studied and then modified to suit Indian and Asian skin. Paird was created with this wealth of knowledge about skin types and how best to treat each kind.
Ashwin Pai

With a background in pharmacy and business studies, Ashwin Pai co-founded Paird along with Dr Pai. His vast knowledge of ingredient science and a meticulous eye for detail perfectly complement Dr Pai’s skill set, which has together led to the development and launch of this clinically tested, science-backed, effective skincare line.
