Dr Pai is the founder of aesthetic medicine in India and founded SkinLab Clinics in 1994 in Mumbai. Today, SkinLab is present across the country, with an international presence in Dubai. Dr Pai has created protocols for various skin conditions specific to Indian skin types. Prior to this, protocols were only made for caucasian skin types, which she studied and then modified to suit Indian and Asian skin.
